Shipping, Returns, and Payment Policy
1. Shipping Locations
I currently post to the United Kingdom only at the minute, excluding Northern Ireland. This policy is in place due to changes in the General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) effective 13th December 2024. l will update my policy if these circumstances change.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are £3.50 for any order per purchase.
- Standard Shipping: price depends on the size of your order and all orders are sent via royal mail tracked 48. Each order will be dispatched on business days between Monday to Saturday
3. Returns and Exchanges
l want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, l offer the following:
- Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are available for items of equal value. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
- Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damages: If your item arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
- Lost Packages: In the rare event your package is lost, we will liaise with the carrier to locate it. If it cannot be recovered, we will offer a replacement or refund.
5. Order Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed within business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping option:
- Standard Shipping: tracked 48, Monday to Saturday business days.

7. Payment Requirements and Instructions
Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and confirmed. For custom orders, we may require a deposit or full prepayment. Details will be communicated during the ordering process.

Damages and Issues:
At Woolly Wool, l take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Provide a detailed description and photographs of the issue to help us resolve it quickly. I will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
2. Exceptions for Non-Returnable Items or Items with Return Limitations
Exceptions for Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature, including but not limited to custom orders, clearance items, and gift cards. Additionally, items must be returned in their original condition. Woolly Wool reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. All customers are responsibility for any returned items.
3. Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanges and Refunds:
l offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you would prefer a refund, please request it within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must include the original receipt and be in unused condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
